We collect your name, phone number, city, address and, for advance payments, a payment screenshot. We use them only to confirm and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We do not sell your details, and we share them with no one except the courier that delivers your parcel. You can ask us on WhatsApp to delete your details at any time.
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted couriers. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery charges are shown in the order form before you confirm. Packs of 2 or more bottles ship free. Your parcel is sent in plain packaging after you have confirmed your order.
If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, record a video while opening the parcel and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back an opened bottle that is not faulty.
This product is for adult women aged 18 and above. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the details you gave are correct. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees.
